WITHDRAWALS AND DEPOSITS ON PARTNERSHIP ACCOUNT
As a legally binding addendum and amendment to our partnership agreement dated [Date of addendum] we, [Name of first partner] and [Name of second partner] submit the following:
Any moneys received by partners for the partnership shall be deposited to [Name of bank], at [Address of bank], in [City of Bank], [State of Bank]. Any funds to be withdrawn will be done so at the above mentioned financial institution and only done so when and if the check is drawn and signed by [Name of first signer] and also by [Name of second signer].
